About the Event
We are uniting as a community to uplift a special family, Jon & Jess Tweten. Their youngest daughter Sofia, has undergone her 4th heart surgery at Children's Hospital Mpls, as a result of a rare condition called DiGeorge syndrome; a syndrome she was born with. Sofia has endured many complications with this surgery and they are receiving the highest grade of medical care possible. Project 12-04 has set up a mealtrain as an opporunity to say a kind word, offer a prayer, a gift card or cash donation if cooking is not your thing, or a warm meal dropped off at their home. All donations cash or gift cards are directly linked to their accounts. Project 12-04 is just the facilitator of this event. We do not receive any direct funds for these transactions.
